YNH Glow – Website Traffic Recovery & Technical SEO

This project focuses on investigating YNH Glow's organic traffic decline, addressing outstanding technical SEO issues, and identifying opportunities to improve product visibility on Google.

The work will build on the improvements completed in Phases 1 and 2, avoiding unnecessary duplication.

Scope of Work & Deliverables

1. Technical SEO & Indexing Recovery

- Review outstanding indexing, canonical, redirect, and 404 issues.
- Verify crawling and indexing accessibility for important product and collection pages.
- Implement confirmed priority fixes within the agreed scope.

Deliverable: A summary of the issues reviewed, fixes completed, and indexing problems that remain unresolved.

2. Product Search Visibility

- Review product pages receiving Google impressions but few clicks.
- Improve relevant product titles, meta descriptions, and internal linking where necessary.
- Identify any additional product optimization opportunities.

Deliverable: A summary of product-page improvements completed and further recommendations.

3. Traffic Decline Investigation

- Investigate potential causes of the traffic decline using available website and SEO data.
- Compare Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console over matching date ranges.
- Review available records of theme, SEO app, URL, and redirect changes where relevant.

Deliverable: A findings report outlining the likely causes identified, available evidence, and recommended next steps.

4. Final Progress Report
At the end of the project, you will receive an update covering:

- Findings from the investigation.
- Fixes and improvements completed.
- Outstanding issues requiring further attention.
- Recommendations for monitoring recovery.

Project Timeline

Week 1: Investigate outstanding technical issues, review traffic data, and prioritize corrective actions.

Week 2: Implement confirmed priority fixes, review product search visibility, and prepare the final progress report.

The timeline is an estimate and may depend on access to the necessary tools and website records.

Investment & Payment

Fixed Project Fee: $80 USD

This is a one-time fee for the agreed scope of work. No recurring service fees are included.

Any additional paid subscriptions or tools will require your approval before purchase. No unapproved subscription costs will be incurred.

The payment method and terms will be agreed upon before work begins.

Important Notes

- Previously completed Phase 1 and Phase 2 work will not be charged for again.
- The project covers investigation and implementation of confirmed priority fixes within the scope above.
- Google indexing and organic traffic recovery depend on Google's crawling and ranking processes. Specific recovery results or dates cannot be guaranteed.
- Any work outside the agreed scope will be discussed and approved separately before proceeding.

Once the scope, investment, and payment arrangement have been reviewed and agreed upon, we can confirm the project start date.
